As an Inspire volunteer, you’re not just giving your time. You’re helping create a space where young people feel safe, supported and able to be themselves. You’ll gain real experience working alongside trained Youth Workers, build new skills, meet people who share your values and see first-hand the difference a trusted adult can make in a young person’s life.

Our volunteers are woven into everything we do. They bring energy, kindness and consistency – and young people feel that.

Since opening in 2018, volunteering hasn’t been an add-on at Inspire. It’s part of our vibe. A strong volunteering programme means young people have more role models, more support and more opportunities every single session.
