Eligibility
Membership is open to young people from school year 3 – age 19 and up to 25 with additional needs. If you are not sure if a young person is eligible to join, please contact the Youth Zone. In the event that the young person is not eligible, membership will be revoked and any membership payment may not be refunded.
Refunds/Cancellations
Refunds for membership payments are not available after the membership has been activated by the young person attending the Youth Zone for a session. You can cancel a membership payment before it is activated by contacting the Youth Zone to request a refund. Refunds for booking payments are not available. Please check your availability carefully before proceeding with booking payments. Refunds for Holiday Club are not available.

Matt won an EY Entrepreneur of the Year award in 2016 as well as being a judge in 2018 and in 2017 his team was awarded the UK Regional and National Mid Market Management Team of the Year awards by the BVCA. Matt holds a BSc (Hons) degree from The University of Salford and a MBA from Lancaster University.
