At Inspire, we’re all about pushing young people out of their comfort zones, encouraging them to try something new and get involved in a whole world of opportunities.
And that’s something you can mirror in your own life whilst fundraising for us.
People don’t sponsor people for their ‘every day’, people sponsor people for pushing themselves to their limits in aid of something they believe in.
So we encourage you to push yourself, and raise money for Inspire in the process.
Whether you’re ready to lace up your running shoes, strap on a parachute, break a world record – whatever it may be, knowing you’re transforming young lives in the process is an incredible motivator!
You can transform young lives by fundraising in the local community, hosting events and competing in challenges sometimes without even leaving the comfort of your own home!
WHAT YOU’LL GET FROM US
The more you raise, the more you get! When you pass each threshold you’ll get:
£250 – Bag yourself some Inspire branded merch
£500 – Get an Inspire branded t-shirt & a social media shoutout
£750 – Receive a digital personal thank you message from one of our members that you can share on your socials
£1,000 – Your name will feature on our website fundraising “Wall of Fame”
£2,000 – Exclusive invite to an Inspire session to meet some of the young people you’ll be raising money for with the opportunity to take part in activities (or even training!) alongside them
£3,000+ – Thank you merch and card made by our members, a personalised thank you from our CEO & a personal feature across our social channels
All of the above can be tailored to both individuals or businesses taking part!
STUCK FOR IDEAS?
For a start, we’ve signed up with Run For Charity who can get us access to all the major events. Maybe you’re just getting started and looking at taking on a 10k, wanting to make a splash with a colour run, jump into an inflatable course or get going with a marathon – they can get you in!

Matt Hirst is the CEO of leading energy technology provider ESG with over 700 staff and operations in the USA, Canada and the UK. ESG’s UK headquarters are based in Chorley, Lancashire.
ESG empowers global leaders in energy to deliver on the future promise of energy through its SAAS solutions for Customer and Market Data Management and Smart Metering. Matt has a background in Sales and Marketing and led a MBO of UK company Utiligroup in 2014 before it was acquired by ESG in 2017 and has been with the business for 24 years. Matt won an EY Entrepreneur of the Year award in 2016 as well as being a judge in 2018 and in 2017 his team was awarded the UK Regional and National Mid Market Management Team of the Year awards by the BVCA. Matt holds a BSc (Hons) degree from The University of Salford and a MBA from Lancaster University.
