For a lot of families this year, it’s not about stocking up on food to fill the Christmas Dinner table, their priority is how they are going to keep everyone fed for the entire holidays. Whilst we work with them to help with that, we want to go one step further and ensure they can also enjoy a couple of stress free hours, filled with food, laughs and togetherness… and that’s where you come in!

This Christmas Eve, we’re looking to invite some of the most vulnerable families we work with into the Youth Zone for the ultimate Christmas Dinner. We’re talking all the trimmings from turkey to sprouts and entertainment from crackers to charades. We also hope to have party games, activities, and much, much more… but everything comes at a cost.

So what are we looking for?

It will cost around £3,000 to host the event for 80 people. We’re therefore looking for an organisation looking to spread some Christmas cheer and give the gift of Christmas by covering the cost.

What will you get in return?

– The day will be spoken about in event communications as ‘<insert company name here>’s Family Christmas Dinner’

– You will be able to see the Christmas cheer you will be bringing in action as you will have the opportunity for staff to come down and get involved on the day doing anything from dinner service to hosting activities

– We will make sure that everyone knows what an incredible gift you will have provided to those who need that extra bit of joy this year
